Context

The business recently migrated its website from WordPress to Shopify to improve e-commerce functionality and scalability.

However, the new Shopify website was launched without a structured SEO implementation. Page structure, metadata, internal linking, and content hierarchy required optimisation to ensure strong search visibility.

Additionally, with search increasingly influenced by AI-powered search engines and large language models, the website required improvements to support Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

The objective was to implement proper SEO foundations while structuring content to improve discoverability in both traditional search engines and AI-powered search.

This is an ongoing engagement, running from September 2025 to present.

Strategy

Technical SEO Implementation

Reviewed page structure, metadata, heading hierarchy, and internal linking to ensure the website followed SEO best practices.

Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)

Optimised content sections to improve clarity, structure, and semantic relevance so information could be more easily surfaced in AI-generated search responses.

Site Architecture Improvements

Refined navigation and internal linking to improve crawlability and content discoverability.

Search Monitoring

Monitored indexing and search behaviour after implementation to ensure proper visibility.
